Companion beta terms.

These Terms are between you and SPARKLING WATER PRIVATE LIMITED, the operator of Companion. By installing or using the invite-only beta, you agree to them. If you use Companion for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it.

You must be at least 18. Keep your account secure and tell us if you believe it has been accessed without permission.

Companion is an experimental, AI-assisted desktop product. Features may be incomplete, change, break, or be removed, and the beta may be interrupted or discontinued. We may limit or suspend access to protect users, connected systems, or the service. There is no service-level commitment for the beta.

You keep ownership of content you provide or create. You give us a limited permission to process it only as needed to provide, secure, support, and troubleshoot Companion.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for any content, account, recording, transcript, or system you connect. You are also responsible for reviewing and approving actions before Companion changes an external system or communicates on your behalf.

You may not use Companion to:

• break the law or violate another person's rights;
• access accounts, systems, or data without permission;
• upload malware or interfere with the product or its safeguards;
• reverse engineer or bypass usage limits, except where law permits; or
• use output for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, or high-impact decisions about a person.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You must review it before relying on or sharing it. Companion does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

We and our licensors own Companion, its software, design, documentation, and branding, excluding your content. We may use beta feedback without restriction or payment.

The beta is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Our total liability relating to the beta will not exceed INR 10,000. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.

You may stop using Companion at any time. We may end beta access if you breach these Terms, create risk, or if we end the beta. Terms that should reasonably survive will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may update these Terms as the beta changes; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the agreement for the beta unless we sign a separate agreement with you. Questions can be sent to ggs@getconvinced.ai.
